Front Desk/Night Auditor

We are seeking either a part time Night auditor for Tuesday and Wednesday nights and/or a full time person that can work night auditor two nights and either 1st or 2nd two to three days per week. Weekends are required.

This position involves handling guest check-ins and check-outs, managing financial transactions, and providing exceptional customer service to enhance the guest experience. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and a passion for assisting people. Must be dependable.

Responsibilities
- Conduct nightly audits of financial transactions to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Manage front desk operations, including guest check-ins and check-outs.
- Handle phone systems efficiently to assist guests with inquiries and reservations.
- Provide outstanding guest relations by addressing concerns and resolving issues promptly.
- Maintain accurate records of all transactions and prepare reports for management review.
- Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Uphold hotel standards of cleanliness, safety, and security during night operations.

Qualifications
- Previous experience in night audit or similar roles within the hospitality industry is preferred but not required.
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction.
- Proficiency in using phone systems and computer software .
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision during night shifts.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- A positive attitude and willingness to contribute to a team-oriented environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $14.00 - $15.00 per hour
