**Job Summary:** We are seeking a professional and courteous Front Desk Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for guests, providing exceptional customer service and contributing to an overall positive experience. **Responsibilities:** - Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner - Check guests in and out efficiently - Handle guest inquiries and provide accurate information about the hotel facilities and services - Assist with reservations, changes, and cancellations - Process payments and maintain guest accounts - Manage phone systems and direct calls appropriately - Address guest concerns and escalate issues as needed - Collaborate with other hotel staff to ensure guest satisfaction **Requirements:** - Previous experience in hospitality, hotel management, or guest services preferred - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Proficiency in using reservation software and basic computer applications - Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends - Multilingual abilities are a plus - Knowledge of night audit procedures is advantageous Join our team as a Front Desk Agent to be part of a dynamic hospitality environment where your skills in guest relations will shine.
