The Holiday Inn Express & Suites Ruckersville is currently looking for an energetic, friendly, detailed oriented, and outgoing individual to join our Front Desk team.
Successful candidate must be professional, self-motivated, reliable, and have flexible schedule during the week, weekends, and holidays when needed.
Job Description includes but not limited to:
- Check guests in and out of the hotel according to hotel and/or brand standards.
- Inform guests about the hotel's facilities, policies and procedures.
- Make, modify, and cancel guestroom reservations.
- Cash handling
- Perform Bookkeeping activities such as balancing accounts and conducting nightly audits.
- Keep records of room availability and guests' accounts, manually or using computers
- Prepare and distribute daily reports.
- Ensure Overall Guest Satisfaction.
- Perform other duties as requested by supervisor or management.
Skills and Abilities:
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods of time.
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment and multi-task.
- Ability to maintain control and composure in difficult situations and exhibit good judgment.
