This position will be responsible for:
· Create reservations for guests.
· Answers hotel phones
· Process guest check-ins and checkouts.
· Maintain accurate room inventory records
· Answer inquiries pertaining to hotel services, guest registration, shopping, dining options, local directions and attractions.
· Explain hotel specials, promotions and reward benefits.
· Posts charges to guest accounts, computes guest bills, collects payment, and makes changes.
· Transmits and receives messages and electronic communications.
· Keeps Front Desk area clean and orderly.
· Maintains organized records of guest requests.
· Communicates guest and department requests appropriately.
6 months previous experience is preferred, but we are willing to train the right person.
***Must be able to work weekends!***
