Job Summary:

As a Front Desk Agent, you will be the face of our hotel, providing outstanding customer service to ensure a seamless and enjoyable experience for our guests. Your role includes handling check-ins and check-outs, addressing guest inquiries, managing reservations, and assisting with hotel operations.

Key Responsibilities:

✔️ Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
✔️ Check guests in and out efficiently, ensuring accurate information is recorded
✔️ Process payments, handle cash, and manage hotel billing procedures
✔️ Answer phone calls, respond to emails, and assist with reservations
✔️ Provide guests with local recommendations and information about the hotel’s amenities
✔️ Address guest concerns and escalate issues when necessary to ensure guest satisfaction
✔️ Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
✔️ Collaborate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to ensure smooth hotel operations
✔️ Follow IHG brand standards and company policies

Requirements:

✔️ Prior experience in customer service or hospitality is a plus but not required – we’re happy to train the right candidate!
✔️ Strong communication and interpersonal skills
✔️ Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
✔️ Basic computer skills (experience with hotel software like Opera or Quore is a bonus)
✔️ Bilingual Spanish and English is a huge plus!
✔️ Availability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays
✔️ Positive attitude, team player, and problem-solving mindset
