- Greet guests upon arrival and check them in/out of the hotel
- Assist guests with inquiries, requests, and resolving any issues promptly
- Operate phone systems to handle incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate department
- Process payments, handle reservations, and provide information about hotel services and amenities
- Maintain a neat and organized front desk area
## Skills
- Experience in the hospitality industry or a similar role is preferred
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Proficiency in using front desk software and phone systems
- Ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members
- Multilingual abilities are a plus for assisting international guests
