Join Our Team as a Lead Maintenance Technician!

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and supervise the maintenance team to ensure all repairs and preventive maintenance tasks are completed efficiently and effectively
• Perform routine maintenance on HVAC systems, plumbing, electrical systems, and other hotel equipment
• Troubleshoot and resolve maintenance issues in guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and inventory levels through QUORE
• Coordinate with outside contractors for specialized repairs and projects
• Frequent bending, stooping, lifting of 50 lbs, snow removal, mowing and weed trimming 

Qualifications:

• Prior experience in a maintenance role, preferably in a hospitality environment
• Strong technical skills in HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and general building maintenance
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
• Familiarity with safety regulations and best practices
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including days, evenings, weekends and holidays to meet business needs
