What are the responsibilities and job description for the Guest Service Representative position at Holiday Inn Express & Suites, St Cloud MN?
Guest Service Representative is the first person a Guest will see when the arrive to the hotel. or speak to when they call the hotel. Guest Service Representative is the point of contact during any weather related, minor or major emergencies.
This job requires communication, paying attention to details, multi-tasking, customer service skills and proper phone etiquette. This job requires standing, stocking, cleaning along with being available for all guests. Must have self-motivation.
The evening Guest Service Representatives is responsible for overseeing the Front Desk area, the pool area, hallways and stairways, and other public areas of the hotel. The evening GSR may need to assist a guest with maintenance or housekeeping issues after normal maintenance and housekeeping hours.
