Duties

- Develop and implement cleaning schedules, ensuring all areas are cleaned efficiently and effectively.
- Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces to ensure compliance with cleanliness standards.
- Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, placing orders as necessary to maintain adequate stock levels.
- Address guest inquiries or concerns regarding housekeeping services promptly and professionally.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery and guest satisfaction.
- Stay updated on industry trends in housekeeping management, floor care, custodial practices, and industrial cleaning techniques.
Experience
- Proven experience in housekeeping management within the hospitality industry is essential.
- Strong knowledge of hotel cleaning standards, floor care techniques, and custodial practices.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Effective communication skills to interact with staff, guests, and other departments professionally.
- Previous experience in training staff in housekeeping procedures is preferred.
