Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Maintenance Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing a variety of maintenance tasks to ensure the functionality and safety of our facilities. This role requires a proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team. A strong background in facilities maintenance, plumbing, and p-tac is preferred, but not required; on the job training will be conducted.
Responsibilities
- Conduct routine inspections of building and equipment to identify maintenance needs.
- Perform facilities maintenance tasks including plumbing, electrical repairs, and HVAC system upkeep.
- Maintain salt water pool and spa daily
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and inventory of supplies.
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests from staff and management.
Experience
- Proven experience in facilities maintenance or a related field is preferred.
- A strong work ethic is required with a proven track record in job history.
- Strong command of the English language for effective communication.
- A clean background check is a must.

Pay: $14.50 - $16.00 per hour
