Duties
- Perform nightly audits of all financial transactions to ensure accuracy and compliance with hotel policies.
- Manage front desk operations, including check-ins and check-outs, while providing excellent guest services.
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues that may arise during the night shift.
- Maintain accurate records of room availability and reservations.
- Operate phone systems effectively, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette when communicating with guests.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations throughout the hotel.
- Assist in preparing reports for management regarding occupancy rates, revenue, and other key performance indicators.
- Ensure the security of the hotel premises during overnight hours.
Requirements
- Previous experience in hotel management or hospitality is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of guest relations and front desk operations.
- Proficiency in using phone systems and maintaining professional phone etiquette.
- Multilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse guests.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently during night shifts while managing multiple tasks efficiently.
