Responsibilities

Perform thorough cleaning of designated areas, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces.
Launder linens and towels, ensuring they are clean and neatly presented.
Manage housekeeping supplies and report any shortages or needs for replenishment.
Conduct carpet cleaning as needed to maintain the quality of flooring.
Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest inquiries and requests promptly.
Ensure that all cleaning equipment is maintained in good working condition.
Follow established procedures for cleaning and sanitizing to ensure safety and hygiene standards are met.
Assist with light cooking duties when required, preparing simple meals or snacks for guests or residents.

Skills

Proven experience in housekeeping or a similar role within hotel or residential settings is preferred.

Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify areas needing cleaning or maintenance.

Excellent organizational skills to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks.

Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques, products, and equipment usage.

Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Strong customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.

Physical stamina to perform tasks that require standing, walking, lifting, and bending throughout the shift.

Background check required
