Position Summary
Maintains established quality standards of Breakfast Bar, including set-up, servicing/maintenance, tear down and clean-up.

Ø The associate is frequently required to stand and walk for long periods of time. The associate is occasionally required to reach with hands and arms; grasp, climb or balance, bend, stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl.
Ø The associate must frequently lift and/or push and/or pull 20 pounds and occasionally lift and/or push and/or pull up to 50 pounds.
Primary Responsibilities
Ø Receives and follows shift instructions from Supervisor.
Ø Responsible for set-up of Breakfast Bar.
Ø Maintains quality standards of breakfast bar throughout breakfast hours.
Ø Surveys Breakfast Bar and restocks as needed.
Ø Cleans tables and chairs in breakfast bar area as needed.
Ø Maintains inventory necessary to operate quality Breakfast Bar.
Ø Completes tear-down of Breakfast Bar.
Ø Empties trash in Breakfast Bar area and Great Room as needed.
Ø Washes, dries and puts away all dishes and utensils accordingly.
Ø Maintains newspapers throughout breakfast hour.
Ø Keeps kitchen area neat and orderly at all times.
Ø Sweeps and mops lobby area as needed.
Ø Sweeps and mops restrooms.
Ø Vacuums rugs as needed.
Ø Cleans glass entrance doors as needed.
Ø Leaves counter top clear and clean.
Ø Leaves tables and chairs clear and clean.
Ø Keeps cupboards and drawers orderly and clean.
Ø Leaves area with trash emptied.
Ø Cups, napkins, cream, sugar, etc. are kept well stocked.
Ø Cleans inside of refrigerator as needed.
Ø Cleans microwave inside and out.
Ø Cleans coffee pots.
Ø Keeps proper items (such as cereal) in containers.
Ø Keeps all containers well sealed and clean.
Ø Each day all dishes, serving trays, pitchers, etc. are washed and put away.
Ø Receives approval from Supervisor prior to leaving at the end of shift.
Ø Maintains compliance with company policies.
Ø Maintains compliance with company practices, procedures, safety and security.
Ø Reports in uniform with name tag everyday.
Ø Uniform is immaculately clean and in good repair.
Ø Personal hygiene, hair, nails, makeup, jewelry, etc. is always within guidelines.
Ø Greets each guest with a smile and greeting.
Ø Strives for guest satisfaction in every aspect of the job.
Ø Helps where and when needed during busy conditions.
Ø Works efficiently in a “full house” situation.
Ø Attends staff meetings as required.
Ø Participates in staff meetings offering suggestions and opinions.
Ø Performs other duties as needed or assigned.
Ø Works as a team member with Manager and co-workers.
Ø Is totally aware of all Housekeeping Rules.
Ø Personally follows all Housekeeping Rules.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $13.00 per hour
Expected hours: 10 – 20 per week
