Responsibilities

- Develop and implement cleaning schedules and procedures for all areas, including guest rooms, public spaces, and back-of-house areas.
- Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms and common areas to ensure cleanliness and adherence to standards.
- Train new staff in housekeeping procedures, safety protocols, and customer service expectations.
- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring that all necessary items are stocked and in good condition.
- Collaborate with other departments to coordinate cleaning schedules around events or peak occupancy times.
- Address guest complaints or concerns regarding cleanliness promptly and professionally.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in all cleaning practices.
Requirements
- Proven experience in housekeeping management, preferably within a hotel or hospitality environment.
- Strong knowledge of custodial practices, industrial cleaning techniques, and floor care maintenance.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and train a diverse team.

- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed.
