Position: Full Time Front Desk Agent
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle phone inquiries, bookings, and guest check-ins/check-outs using the Opera PMS system.
- Resolve guest concerns promptly, including maintenance issues, with professionalism.
- Maintain cleanliness of public areas and ensure safety, especially during winter months.
- Monitor pool chemical levels to ensure safety and cleanliness.
- Perform laundry duties (washing and folding towels).
- Lend a hand in other departments when needed.
Requirements:
- Strong teamwork skills and reliability are essential.
- Ability to excel in a fast-paced, guest-centered environment.
- Availability for 5 shifts per week, typically Monday to Friday, 7am-4pm, with one early release day.
- Occasional shifts from 1pm-9pm or 3pm-11pm when needed (will approve in advance).
- Willingness to work weekends and holidays as needed.
- A proactive, can-do attitude—ready to take initiative and support the team in various tasks.
