Front Desk Agent / Night Auditor

Madison, OH

Holiday Inn Express is currently seeking a part-time Front Desk Agent / Night Auditor to service their Madison, Ohio location. In this role, you will be responsible for checking in / out guests and responding to guest's requests.

Schedule :

11PM - 7AM shift
Weekend availability is a must
Part-time - 3 nights / week

The right candidate will have :

1 year of Front Desk experience preferred

Marriott experience preferred

LightSpeed experience preferred

Must have flexible availability including holidays and weekends

Positive attitude and service-minded work ethic

Our Front Desk Agent will :

Greet, check-in, and check out guests when they arrive and leave the premises, distribute keys and room assignments, and record credit card and personal information

Manage room bookings in-person, online, and through incoming calls

Answer guests' questions about hotel amenities, rewards programs, special requests, and any other needs

Perform regular bookkeeping duties

Connect with housekeeping department to ensure guest accommodations are ready
