Position Responsibilities
- Cleaning – Tidy and clean hotel guest rooms in accordance with our cleanliness standards and within established timelines. This includes vacuuming, dusting, changing bedding, cleaning bathrooms, and restocking towels and supplies.
- Customer Service – Provide exceptional customer service to our guests with a friendly and helpful attitude. Respond to guest requests in a professional and efficient manner.
- Organized Approach – Create and follow daily task lists and keep accurate records of completed/cleaned rooms.
- Communication – Report shortages, items that need repair, or security issues promptly.
- Safety First – Comply with health and safety regulations, and follow company policies and licensing laws.
