Job Summary
Holiday Inn & Suites is seeking a reliable and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Shuttle Driver. This position involves transporting guests to and from the airport, local businesses, and other destinations.
Responsibilities:
- Safely operate shuttle vehicles to transport passengers to designated locations.
- Maintain a clean and well-functioning vehicle, performing routine inspections.
- Provide exceptional customer service by assisting guests with boarding, luggage handling, and answering any questions regarding routes or schedules.
- Ensure compliance with all traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies while driving.
- Keep accurate records of trips, including passenger counts and any incidents that may occur during transport.
Experience
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to interact positively with diverse groups of passengers.
- Experience driving a passenger van or shuttle preferred.
- A valid driver's license with a clean driving record is required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
