The Holiday Inn & Suites Duluth Downtown is looking for a dedicated, personable, and detailed oriented Hotel Houseperson! As a Houseperson at Holiday Inn & Suites Downtown Duluth, you'll be a vital part of our team ensuring our mission to provide outstanding service and a welcoming environment for our customers is achieved.
Position Responsibilities
- Maintaining the overall cleanliness public spaces, including sweeping/mopping floors, vacuuming/shampooing carpets, and removing trash, while following hotel standards and established sanitation practices.
- Listening and responding to customer requests with a cheerful, positive, and willing attitude
- Stock linen and housekeeping supplies as needed.
- Actively contributes to the efforts of the housekeeping department through assisting with cleaning guest rooms, deep cleaning projects, and laundry as necessary.
- Ensures a clean and safe work environment in compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Maintaining a clean and well-organized storage and work area, ensuring items are neat, orderly, and easily accessible.
