Responsibilities: OPERA Experience Necessary
- Manage and oversee the daily operations of the front end department
- Provide exceptional customer service and resolve customer issues or complaints
- Train, supervise, and schedule front end staff
- Conduct interviews and hire new team members
- Monitor and maintain inventory levels for front end supplies
- Implement and enforce company policies and procedures
- Ensure accurate cash handling and register operations
- Collaborate with other departments to improve overall store efficiency
Requirements:
- Bilingual proficiency in English and another language is preferred
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle difficult situations
- Experience in budgeting and managing financial resources
- Knowledge of market trends and ability to adapt to changing customer needs
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Previous experience in wireless sales or related field is a plus
- Familiarity with phone etiquette and handling phone inquiries
- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively
