Responsibilities
- Greet guests and provide them with a warm welcome
- Check guests in and out efficiently
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly
- Assist guests with recommendations for local attractions and dining options
- Process payments and maintain accurate records
- Manage reservations and room assignments
- Coordinate with other hotel departments to ensure guest satisfaction
Requirements
- Strong phone etiquette and communication skills
- Knowledge of hospitality management practices
- Experience in guest relations or hotel management is a plus
- Proficiency in front desk operations and guest services
- Ability to perform night audit duties is advantageous
- Multilingual or bilingual capabilities are desirable to cater to diverse guests' needs
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $13.00 - $15.00 per hour
