Responsibilities
- Perform daily cleaning tasks in guest rooms, hallways, and public areas to ensure a high standard of cleanliness.
- Launder linens and towels, ensuring they are fresh and well-presented for guests.
- Sanitize bathrooms and replenish supplies as needed to maintain hygiene standards.
- Conduct floor care activities including vacuuming, mopping, and carpet cleaning as required.
- Assist in housekeeping management by reporting maintenance issues or supply needs promptly.
- Ensure compliance with safety and sanitation policies during all cleaning procedures.
- Collaborate with other staff members to ensure efficient operations and guest satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in housekeeping or custodial services preferred.
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to cleanliness and quality.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with hotel operations is beneficial but not required.
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques and use of cleaning equipment.
