Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining the overall condition of the facility and equipment to ensure a safe and efficient working environment.
Duties
- Perform routine maintenance tasks such as painting, carpentry work, and repairing equipment
- Conduct inspections to identify and resolve issues in a timely manner
- Utilize mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot and repair machinery
- Welding tasks as needed
- Supervise and coordinate maintenance work by contractors
- Implement preventive maintenance procedures to minimize downtime
- Utilize logic controllers for equipment maintenance
- Provide excellent customer service to internal stakeholders
Experience
- Proven experience in facilities maintenance
- Knowledge of CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System)
- Ability to maintain and repair residential properties
- Mechanical knowledge for troubleshooting machinery
- Experience in supervising maintenance staff is a plus
- Strong leadership skills to guide maintenance projects
