Delaware North Parks and Resorts is seeking a full-time Hotel Front Desk Lead to join our team at Holiday Inn in West Yellowstone, Montana. As part of our Front Desk team, you are the first line of communication for guests and the hub of all communication for the property. What will you do?
- Ensure team members follow quality standards, deadlines, and procedures, correcting errors or problems
- Provide team members with training in operations, coaching for improvement, and guidance in resolving escalated complaints or disputes
- Support leaders to prepare work schedules, deadlines, and duty assignments for office or administrative team members
- Check and balance the daily figures, post room, and tax charges on guest accounts, assisting in daily operations at the front office, providing functional guidance and directions to the team
- Facilitate communication between the team members of all levels and guests
- Implements and maintains Delaware North policies and procedures
More about you
- Prior customer service experience and able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Basic math and computer skills, as well as experience operating various office equipment
- Good interpersonal skills as well as verbal communication skills, reading, writing and speaking clearly in English
- Ability to multitask and prioritize under pressure from guests or supervisors in a professional manner, and recognize the potential for a problem and rules to solve them
- Able to maintain confidential guest information and comply with PCI standards
- No high school diploma or GED required
