Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and customer-oriented Bartender to join our team. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, creating delicious and visually appealing drinks, and maintaining a clean and organized bar area. Responsibilities:
- Greet and interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Take drink orders from customers and provide recommendations based on their preferences
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with company standards
- Ensure the bar area is clean, well-stocked, and organized at all times
- Maintain knowledge of current drink trends and ingredients
- Handle cash transactions accurately using a cash register
- Adhere to all food handling and safety guidelines
- Collaborate with the kitchen staff to coordinate food and beverage orders for customers
- Provide excellent customer service by anticipating guest needs and resolving any issues that may arise
Experience:
- Previous experience as a Bartender in a hospitality or restaurant setting is preferred
- Strong knowledge of various drink recipes, mixology techniques, and garnishments
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to create a welcoming atmosphere for guests
- Familiarity with cash register operations and basic math skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with customers and team members
- Attention to detail to ensure drinks are prepared accurately and presented beautifully
