The position available is for 4 evenings per week, Friday-Monday 3pm-11pm.
The first 2 weeks of training are during both 7am-3pm and 3pm-11pm shifts.
Interviews will be held this week, Wednesday 2/26, Thursday 2/27 and Friday 2/28.
Job Summary:
We are seeking a professional and friendly Front Desk Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality and providing exceptional customer service. Driver's License is required to operate our airport shuttle van.
Duties:
- Greet guests and provide them with outstanding customer service
- Check guests in and out efficiently
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly
- Manage reservations and ensure accurate information
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
- Assist with administrative tasks as needed
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in hospitality or hotel management is preferred
- Excellent customer service skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficiency in front desk operations
- Multilingual abilities are a plus
- Knowledge of phone etiquette
- Ability to handle guest relations effectively
