Job Summary

Duties
- Supervise and train housekeeping staff to ensure adherence to cleaning standards and procedures.
- Develop and implement cleaning schedules for guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces.
- Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms and common areas to ensure cleanliness and maintenance standards are met.
- Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, placing orders as necessary to maintain adequate stock levels.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and exceptional guest experiences.
- Address guest complaints or concerns related to housekeeping promptly and professionally.
- Maintain records of housekeeping activities, including staff performance, inventory usage, and maintenance requests.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in all cleaning practices.
