Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Catering Sales Manager located in Nashville, TN at the Holiday Inn Nashville Vanderbilt. The Catering Sales Manager will be responsible for customer satisfaction, catering sales, event planning, customer service, and overseeing food & beverage operations.

Qualifications

• Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service skills
• Catering Sales and Event Planning skills
• Food & Beverage knowledge
• Experience in the hospitality industry
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred but not required.
• Previous experience in sales or event planning is a plus
• Problem solving, reasoning, motivating,organizaiton and training abilities
• Ability to travel to attend workshops, tradeshows, conventions, trainings.
• Scheduling may include working nights, weekends, and/or holidays.
