This includes observing resident attendance, mood, and behavior, and making recommendations for program adjustments to ensure continued ability to provide daily activities.

• Plan, develop, organize, implement, and evaluate activity programs
• Observe resident attendance, mood, and behavior, and make recommendations for program adjustments
• Collaborate with the Activity Director to ensure seamless delivery of activity programs
• Maintain accurate records of resident participation and program evaluation results
Required Skills and Qualifications:
To succeed in this role, you must be a reliable, motivated, and detail-oriented individual with excellent communication skills. You should be able to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong customer service focus and a willingness to perform office tasks as needed.
