Position overview :
We are seeking a Store Assistant Manager who will oversee daily operations, ensuring that both the team and the store perform at their best. In this role, you will handle various tasks such as cashiering, customer service, and maintaining store cleanliness. You will also support specific functions related to training, sales and marketing, or operations.
What You'll Do :
- Customer Service : Provide excellent service, assist customers with self-kiosks, handle complaints and promote loyalty programs.
- Store Maintenance : Maintain a safe, clean, and organized environment.
- Inventory control : Manage stock levels, ensure proper product placement, and oversee vendor relationships.
- Team leadership : Involved in hiring, training, and coaching staff, managing communication and scheduling.
- Sales Performance : Monitor store performance against sales goals and manage gas pricing and reporting.
