- Assist the Store Manager with oversight of store operations
- Hire, supervise, and work with staff to accomplish daily tasks, bookkeeping, and merchandising
- Maintain high standards and provide excellent customer service

Requirements:
- Retail experience
- Supervisor or management experience

Physical Requirements:
- Ability to stand and/or walk for up to 8 hours
- Lift and/or carry up to 30 pounds from ground to overhead
- Push/pull with arms up to a force of 20 pounds
Work Environment:
95% of all work indoors, occasional exposure to extreme cold temperatures and noise
