Job Description:
We are seeking an Assistant Manager to join our team at Holiday Station Stores. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for assisting the Store Manager in overseeing the daily operations of our store.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Store Manager in overseeing the day-to-day operations of the store
- Hire, supervise, and work with staff to accomplish daily tasks, bookkeeping, and merchandising
- Maintain high standards and provide fast and friendly service to customers
Requirements:
- Leadership skills and ability to motivate a team
- Recruiting, interviewing, and hiring experience
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Able to stand and/or walk for up to 8 hours
- Lift and/or carry up to 30 pounds from ground to overhead up to 30 minutes in a shift
