Job Overview
As a Front Desk Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our company, providing exceptional customer service and administrative support. This role requires a professional demeanor and the ability to multitask effectively.
Duties
- Greet and assist visitors in a friendly and professional manner
- Answer and direct phone calls promptly
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars
- Perform data entry tasks accurately
- Assist with office management duties as needed
Skills
- Proficiency in computer literacy, including Microsoft Office Suite and Google Suite
- Experience with phone systems and office equipment
- Strong data entry skills with attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently
- Previous experience as a personal assistant, medical receptionist, or office clerk is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Professionalism and possitive, helpfull attitude is a must
