Enriching lives through investment and service is the mission at the core of everything we do at Holladay. The Accounting Manager supports this mission by overseeing all aspects of the accounting financial operations for the HCP client portfolio.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
- Responsible for the review and control of the companys and clients policies and procedures
- Reviews financial statements for accuracy and completeness
- Responsible for providing daily mentoring to the Department
- Assist with leading/managing the budget process for the HCP client
- Identify and assist Controller in implementation of strategic initiatives and identify and implement efficiencies
- Financial analysis
- Serve as main Accounting contact with the HCP client
- Lead hiring process for team
- Coaching and career planning for team
- Recoveries
- Training of staff responsible for CAM
- Review CAM
- Audit CAM
Qualifications
Qualifications:
- B.S. in Accounting and six or more years of progressive work-related experience
- Understands the Importance of the Tenant-Client-Manager-Vendor Relationships
- Solid Customer Service and Interpersonal skills
- Attentive to Detail
- Trustworthy and preserves confidentiality

Compensation:
The Accounting Manager compensation will be based on experience and qualifications. This range is subject to local, state, and regional dynamics and may be adjusted up or down depending on market conditions.
Physical Demands:
- Requires extended hours to meet specific monthly or project related due dates
Supervisory Responsibility:
- This position provides leadership, instruction, and mentoring to the HCP Accounting team.
Promotional Opportunity:
Associates with more than twelve (12) months of service may request consideration to transfer to other jobs as vacancies become available and will be considered along with other applicants. To be considered, Associates must have a satisfactory performance record and have no disciplinary actions during the last twelve (12) months. Management retains the discretion to make exceptions to the policy.

Salary : $90,000 - $95,000
