Job Responsibilities and Duties:
- Set up and Breakdown the bar as scheduled, cleaning the bar area before and after the shift.
- Guest Facing attitude and service focused work ethic.
- Must be able to cocktail in low, intricate settings to high volume pace of service.
- Work well with others and coachability.
- Must be able to perform cash tender duties and be familiar with POS (Toast).
- Must be able to follow recipes and specs on craft cocktails, batches, syrups, and bartending etiquette.
- Reporting to bar lead/supervisor/beverage manager.
- Flexible work schedules
- On Call
- Weekend availability
Must be 21 years of age.- 3 year Bartending experience.
- Must have cocktail bar/ craft bar work experience (1 year)
- ABC license Certified.
- Reliable transportation.
- Can do attitude.
- Bartenders should own a bar kit.
- Willingness to learn and adapt
- Must be able to preform cocktail batches, juicing, complex cocktailing. Knowledge of basic arithmetic is required.
- Flexible schedule
- Must be able to /stand/work for 6 hours or more.
- Must be able to lift/ handle 30-50 lbs.
- Vast knowledge of spirits, wines, and beer is preferred.
