Essential Functions :
- Responsible for configuring, managing, and maintaining the SailPoint Identity Security Cloud (ISC) platform.
- Monitor, troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in SailPoint environment – including integrations, identity management process incidents.
- Monitor and administer user lifecycle events. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to user access and application integrations.
- Maintain and optimize identity synchronization between ISC and connected systems like Active Directory / SAP / ServiceNow.
- Configure and maintain connectors to applications and third-party systems to ensure seamless identity management.
- Develop and manage role-based access controls workflows.
- Application integration and onboarding - Customizing workflows, rules, and reports.
- Develop and maintain knowledge base articles, technical documentation related to SailPoint configurations.
- Provide metrics and reports on identity governance.
- Collaborate with business and other technical teams to ensure SailPoint is effectively providing organizational identity governance needs while aligning with compliance and security standards.
Qualifications :
Physical Demands : Work is performed within a normal office environment with ambient temperatures and involving occasional reaching, stretching, bending, and moving about.
Travel : Less than 20% travel anticipated.
Work Conditions : This is a general office position with standard business hours and the possibility of occasional on-call / after hours duties.
This position is classified as “in-office.” As an in-office role, it requires employees to work from a designated Carnival office in South Florida Tuesday through Thursday each week. Employees may work from their homes on Mondays and Fridays. Candidates must be located in (or willing to relocate to) the Miami / Ft. Lauderdale area.
