Responsibilities
- Oversees the preparation and compilation of all guest documents, including distributing detailed activity reports needed to analyze guest activity.
- Collaborates with fellow Logistics Coordinator to ensure consistency between guest documents and company reports by assisting with the preparation and organization of guest data.
- Communicates with other departments regarding detailed guest information and acts as a support liaison.
- Oversees the compiling of guest welcome materials and reviews them for accuracy in order to ensure an optimal guest experience.
Requirements
High school completion or equivalent certification.Ability to prioritize work, meet deadlines, and maintain attention to detail, while working in a team or group environment.Ability to communicate clearly, verbally, and written, with customers, employees, and management.Proficiency in the use of computer business applications, with working knowledge of computerized reservation systems.One (1) year of experience in positions involving logistics work or equivalent experience is preferred.Must pass a pre-employment background check.Minimum age of 18 years is required to reside in company housing, where available.Participates in HAP's sustainability program, aka "Sustain Alaska & the Yukon", and efforts by actively recycling (where available), reducing waste, and educating guests about our commitment to the environment.Participate in HAP's safety culture to ensure a safe workplace for all team members and a safe vacation experience for all guests.Dedicated to delivering excellent customer service to all guests, coworkers, and vendors.Dedicated commitment to a diverse, equitable, and inclusive work environment.Must be eligible to work in the United States.
