Responsibilities
- Ensure that the dining area is clean during and after meal services.
- Ensure that the kitchen areas, equipment, and restrooms are clean during the overnight hours.
- Provide the cooks, server assistants, bartenders and servers with support and assistance.
- Provide support for all activities pertaining to cleaning / maintaining kitchen storage, preparation and service areas and materials to include maintaining closet inventories.
- No supervisory responsibilities.
