We are seeking a friendly and detail-oriented Client Services Representative to join our team in Owings Mills, MD. In this role, you will be responsible for providing outstanding service to our interior design clients by teaming up with our showrooms and Sales Representatives.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :
Respond promptly to client enquiries via phone and email
Provide detailed product information, including fabric specifications, pricing and availability
Process orders accurately and efficiently using our CRM system
Coordinate with the sales and production teams to ensure timely delivery and resolution of any order issues with professionalism and a problem-solving approach
Review sales reports regularly to monitor the timely completion of client's orders
Participate in training sessions to stay informed about new products and processes
QUALIFICATIONS :
Associate's Degree or equivalent customer service experience
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused mindset
Proficiency with CRM systems and MS Office Suite
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy
A passion for interior design and textiles is a plus
