Mid-Level Litigation Associate (Denver)

The Denver Office Of Holland & Knight Has An Immediate Opportunity For a Litigation Associate With Four To Five Years Of Experience. The Ideal Candidate Will Have

• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Excellent time management skills and ability to manage and meet deadlines.
• Experience researching and drafting briefs and motions (motions to dismiss, motions for summary judgment, motions in limine, etc.).
• Experience taking and defending depositions (even if second chair).
• Experience handling discovery for complex matters.
• Experience preparing cases for trial.
• Experience with evidentiary hearings and/or trial experience either in state or federal courts.
• Coordination and oversight of e-discovery projects in complex commercial litigation matters

This position may be filled in Colorado. In accordance with applicable Pay Transparency Laws, the pay range for this position is [$310,000 - $365,000/yr]. This range may not be applicable to other locations. An individual's actual compensation will depend on the individual's qualifications and experience.
