Staff Attorney

Holland & Knight is seeking a Staff Attorney with a minimum of 3 years of experience. The ideal candidate should have significant experience with litigation, including drafting motions and negotiating settlements, in the consumer finance area. Prior experience representing banks, lenders, credit card issuers, and loan serving companies, is preferred. Strong communication skills, attention to detail, a commitment to client service, and the ability to appropriately prioritize matters is essential. This candidate must reside and be barred in a jurisdiction where we currently have a U.S. office location (Offices | Holland & Knight (hklaw.com). Ideal candidates will be barred in California (but can reside and work in one of our other office locations as long as also barred in that location). We believe that there is significant value in working together in person and will expect the candidate to work in the office at least three business days per week.
