Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Inside Sales Representative located in Madison, TN (Nashville). The Inside Sales Representative will be responsible for tasks related to customer satisfaction, customer service, lead generation, account management, outbound phone calls, and increasing overall sales revenue.
Qualifications
- Inside Sales, Lead Generation, and Account Management skills
- Experience with outbound phone calls
- Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service skills
- Experience in sales in the manufacturing industry preferred
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to build and maintain customer relationships
- Proven track record of meeting sales targets
- Bachelor's degree preferred but not required
- Knowledge of manufacturing or construction processes is a plus
