Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage construction projects from conception to completion
- Coordinate and schedule subcontractors, suppliers, and vendors to ensure timely progress
- Ensure all work complies with building codes, safety regulations, and project specifications
- Monitor project timelines and budgets, making adjustments as necessary to meet objectives
- Conduct regular site visits to inspect quality, resolve issues, and ensure adherence to plans
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other professionals to drive project success
- Review and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction documents
- Develop project budgets, estimate costs, and manage expenditures effectively
- Implement and enforce quality control measures for exceptional results
Qualifications:
- 5 years of experience in vertical commercial construction
- 3 years of proven experience as a Construction Project Manager or in a similar role
- Strong understanding of construction processes, materials, and techniques
- Proficient in blueprint reading and interpreting schematics
- Solid knowledge of building codes, regulations, and safety standards
- Exceptional organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills
- Proficient in construction management software and tools
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on collaboration and leadership
Job Details:
- Job Type: Full-time
- Schedule: Monday to Friday (Saturdays as needed)
- Work Location: Office-based with frequent field visits
