Fencing Laborer

Specializing in custom fabrication, repairs, and installations, we serve both residential, commercial and agricultural clients. We are hiring Fencing Laborers in Salem, Missouri who will travel to jobs performing fencing processes. You will be expected to work 8am-5pm daily, Monday-Friday.

We offer competitive hourly wages based on experience. Paychecks will be provided weekly. Tools needed and work boots are provided.

What you will be doing:

• Building various types of fencing processes including pipe, chainlink, wooden privacy, vinyl and more
• Site preparation
• Welding
• Customer Interaction
• Team Collaboration

What we're looking for:

• Has experience or willing to learn about fence installation and fabrication
• Can work with various materials (wood, metal, vinyl, etc.)
• Is able or willing to learn to operate skidsteers
• Follows safety protocols and ensures quality workmanship
• Communicates effectively with team and customers
• Is reliable and able to work independently or as part of a team
