Your daily tasks will encompass a variety of responsibilities, such as:
- Engaging in active telephone management and appointment scheduling.
- Coordinating patient charts prior to examinations.
- Conducting comprehensive patient work-ups including medical, ocular, and familial health histories.
- Preliminary testing of patients using various diagnostic equipment
- Supporting our doctors through patient care, correspondence, and referrals.
- Manage contact lens orders, returns and inventory
- Conduct contact lens trainings
- Much more
While prior experience with patient care, EMR, and billing is appreciated, it's not a deal-breaker. We are ready to invest our time in training the right person who exhibits enthusiasm, curiosity, and potential.
