What are the responsibilities and job description for the Call Taker/Dispatcher position at Hollister Electrical, Plumbing & Heating?
Hollister Electrical, Plumbing & Heating is currently seeking a full time call taker/dispatcher. This position will be 40 hours per week with a work schedule of Monday-Friday 8:00 am – 5:00 pm.
Duties:
- Take incoming calls and schedule service/installations
- Coordinate and dispatch multiple service technicians
- Administrative and clerical duties
Requirements:
- Strong work ethic, organized and reliable
- Strong customer service skills
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills on a professional and technical level
- Able to work both independently and as part of a team
- Telephone etiquette
