We are looking for a highly organized and detailed oriented individual with passion for account management and the workspace/furniture industry to join our fast-growing Sales Department. The Account Manager will be responsible for managing and maintaining Hollman’s corporate account relationships and serving as the single point of contact from sale through production. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment and is detail-oriented.
Job Responsibilities
- Maintain and develop corporate accounts with a high level of customer service and attention to detail
- Understand the requirements of our enterprise clients and propose solutions to meet their complex business needs
- Develop and implement game plan for Workspace vertical alongside sales team, including clearly defined strategies that maximize revenue opportunities of new customers
- Act as main/single point of contact from initial customer introduction through project completion
- Develop and follow up on accurate, timely sales quotes
- Present new product offers and other sales solutions to key accounts
- Troubleshoot and proactively resolve customer requests and needs
- Prepare and present sales proposals that align with customer’s needs.
- Maintain a healthy pipeline of opportunities
- Assist Architects/Designers with specifying Hollman products
- Attend trade shows representing Hollman
- Trouble shoot/resolve customer inquiries and complaints
- Manage and implement any project changes
- Track and report project progress, problems, and proposed solutions
