We are seeking an enthusiastic Account Manager to join our team and collaborate with Fortune 500 companies. This role involves managing time-sensitive tasks with a sense of urgency to deliver exceptional service to our clients. The Account Manager will act as the primary liaison for Hollman’s corporate accounts, overseeing relationships and ensuring seamless coordination from sale to production. The ideal candidate excels in a fast-paced environment, demonstrates exceptional attention to detail, and thrives on building strong client connections.
Job Responsibilities
- Maintain corporate accounts with a high level of customer service and attention to detail.
- Understand the requirements of our enterprise clients and propose solutions to meet their business needs
- Act as main/single point of contact from initial customer introduction through project completion
- Develop and follow up on accurate, timely sales quotes
- Present new product offers to key accounts
- Troubleshoot and proactively resolve customer requests and needs
- Manage and implement any project changes
- Track and report project progress, problems, and proposed solutions
Job Requirements
- College degree required
- Previous experience in sales and/or project management
- Previous experience in furniture sales/account management, preferred
- Detail-oriented and strong communication skills
- Strong negotiation skills
- Previous experience with ERP system, Syteline preferred.
- Team-oriented with strong leadership and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent time management and organization
- Previous experience using SalesForce, preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
