This role manages and coordinates millwork projects from inception to completion, ensuring quality, budget, and timeline adherence. - Coordinate with customers and internal departments to ensure project requirements are met.
- Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring milestones and deadlines are achieved.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including production, engineers and sales.
- Review and interpret architectural drawings, blueprints, and specifications.
- Procure necessary materials and track inventory levels.
- Prepare and manage project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and reports.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
- Address and resolve project-related issues promptly.
- Monitor project budgets and provide cost estimates as needed.
- Bachelor’s degree in construction management, or a related field (preferred).
- Minimum 2-5 years of experience in millwork, cabinetry, or construction project coordination.
- Strong knowledge of millwork materials, fabrication processes, and installation techniques.
- Proficiency Microsoft Office Suite.
