ROOFING PRODUCTION MANAGER NEEDED!
Hourly Pay: $25/hour (based on 50 hours/week; $70,000 annually)
Commissions:
- 1.0% on shingle, metal, gutter & repair sales ($100,000 potential from $10M in sales)
- 5% on satisfactory asbestos projects
- 4% on general sales and 5% on gutter-only sales
Total Expected Income: $210,000 annually

As the Production Manager, you’ll lead the production team, manage job site operations, and oversee schedules, materials, and crew assignments. You’ll also be responsible for inventory control, quality assurance, and customer communication. Key Responsibilities
1. Production Management:
- Conduct daily 6 AM production huddles to align teams with goals.
- Coordinate job schedules, crew assignments, and material deliveries.
- Oversee job site audits (pre-, during, and post-job) to ensure proper setups and quality control.
- Maintain high standards and implement corrective actions where needed.
2. Inventory Control & Management:
- Implement and maintain inventory systems for tools, equipment, and materials.
- Track and manage material usage, returns, and warehouse organization.
- Ensure cleanliness and maintenance of tools, vehicles, and equipment.
3. Team Leadership & Development:
- Recruit, onboard, and train production staff and subcontractors.
- Enforce safety standards and provide necessary training.
- Foster a positive work culture aligned with company values.
- Support ongoing development of Project Managers and team members.
4. Customer Service & Sales Support:
- Keep customers informed about project progress.
- Engage with local communities around job sites to generate leads.
- Collect Google Reviews, testimonials, and referrals after project completion.
5. Reporting & Accountability:
- Track job timelines, costs, labor hours, and crew performance.
- Update work orders, expenses, pay sheets, and receipts daily.
- Submit monthly inventory reports and weekly equipment service updates.
- Maintain detailed project documentation in AccuLynx, including process photos and updates.
6. Strategic Initiatives & Growth Opportunities:
- Identify and implement process improvements.
- Engage with neighborhoods to generate leads and build relationships.
